End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any CLGZ.com LLC software application, hosted service, website, API, or integration, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License Grant

CLGZ.com LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for your internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement and any applicable order, subscription, or service terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from our services
• use our services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• interfere with service availability, integrity, or security
• share access with unauthorized users or third parties
• remove proprietary notices or misrepresent ownership of the service

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide or connect, maintaining appropriate authorization for integrated systems, and reviewing any service outputs before relying on them for operational, accounting, legal, or business decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our services, documentation, software, designs, and related materials remain the property of CLGZ.com LLC or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time. We may also update this Agreement by publishing a revised version on this page.

7. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLGZ.com LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLGZ.com LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement, misuse the service, or create legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using our services at any time.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another governing law is required by applicable law.
